‘More appointments to come as ADC campaign expands’ – Atiku’s aide Shaibu

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) Presidential Campaign Council is set to appoint additional individuals as it continues to expand its campaign structure throughout Nigeria, according to ADC Director of Strategic Communication, Phrank Shaibu. The recent list of appointees is merely a starting point, with more roles to be filled as the campaign structure grows across the country.

Shaibu emphasized that the campaign is still in a state of evolution, with ongoing consultations that will result in further responsibilities being assigned.

Atiku Abubakar, the party's presidential candidate, remains attuned to the dedication and sacrifices made by those who have supported him over the years. Shaibu highlighted the importance of loyalty, sacrifice, and friendship in the campaign, urging those who may feel let down by the current appointments to exercise patience and understanding. He reminded everyone that years of commitment and sacrifice have not gone unnoticed.

Shaibu assured that the campaign will encompass a diverse range of individuals, including party members, seasoned leaders, professionals, young people, and other Nigerians eager to contribute to its activities. He further revealed that the campaign will introduce zonal and state structures, senior appointments, and various levels of organization reaching out to wards and polling units, with these developments expected soon.

In addition to the appointment expansion, the campaign is actively developing policies addressing critical issues such as the cost of living, food security, security, electricity, job creation, manufacturing, education, healthcare, infrastructure, housing, governance, technology, and environmental protection. The ADC President's Campaign Council perceives the campaign as a national movement geared towards growth by uniting Nigerians who seek improved living conditions, increased business opportunities, and a brighter future.
