Kavitha’s TRS to contest Khairatabad bypoll

Chief of Telangana Rakshana Sena (TRS) Kavitha Kavitha declared that her political party would participate in the upcoming Khairatabad Assembly by-election. Speaking at a press conference on Sunday, Kavitha revealed that their decision to contest the bypoll would be communicated at the appropriate time. She also criticized instances of elected officials switching parties across various factions and declared that her party intended to utilize this opportunity to address the issue of constitutional integrity.

Kavitha mocked the investigations, which she referred to as 'farmhouse politics', and ridiculed Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy's plans for holding anyone accountable for the BRS leaders. Furthermore, she questioned the government's actions regarding the phone-tapping case. When addressing allegations about her properties, Kavitha challenged the government to prove any immorality in her assets.

She assured that all her wealth was obtained legally and offered to surrender any property if it was proven that she had acquired assets unreported in her official affidavit.
