I Jumped Every Wall. Tripped on the Last Root.

Attempting the seemingly impossible, this hacker decided to challenge the boundaries of what was deemed achievable. Despite warnings from AmazonDeveloper, Vega OS documentation, Vega Studio, and @mosesroth, all asserting Vega OS development was tailored for Linux/macOS, the individual remained undeterred. The journey began with the creation of a fork of Amazon React Native Multi-TV starter, followed by the setup of Kiro as their AI-first Integrated Development Environment.

In pursuit of their goal, they constructed a comprehensive Ubuntu EC2 development environment on AWS, immersing themselves in learning Vega OS, React Native TV, and the Vega SDK from the ground up. Along the way, a myriad of issues were encountered, including Git issues, Yarn issues, Metro issues, Linux file watcher limits, and Manifest & SDK compatibility issues. Even after hours of grappling with these challenges, the individual found themselves at a critical juncture, 99% of the way towards their objective.

However, the true lesson learned was not technical but rather a reminder that great founders understand when to pivot and keep moving forward. This pivotal insight led to the inception of Vid30, the first AI Streaming Operating System for Smart TVs. The individual calls out to the Fire TV and Vega communities, seeking assistance to overcome the remaining 1% of the Vega simulator workflow and, if possible, offers a Fire TV Stick for testing Vid30 on actual hardware.
