A 23-year-old woman was killed in a suspected panga attack allegedly carried out by her brother-in-law in Lutoto Village, Kakamega East, on Thursday morning. The deceased, identified as Patience Mapenzi Sulubu, was reportedly attacked as she escorted her three-year-old daughter, to school.
