Thursday night football action took place, with Exeter-West Greenwich claiming a 3-0 victory over Burrillville. Derik Payette scored twice for the Scarlet Knights, while Jonathan DePietro added another goal. Casey Kretchman and Desmond Butler provided assists, and Aidan Rumgay made six saves to secure the shutout for Exeter-West Greenwich, who had an unblemished start in Division III. Burrillville's record remains 1-5-1.

In a thrilling match between Middletown and Toll Gate, the Islanders emerged victorious with a 4-3 win. Toll Gate took the lead in the 10th minute, but Middletown equalized in the 16th, and Julian Peckham scored off an assist from Avery Sodeberg in the 34th minute. Middletown took the lead again in the 58th minute when Diego Alban scored, and Ryan Enos equalized for Toll Gate in the 65th minute.

With three minutes left, Middletown scored a penalty kick, and Lyman converted for his second goal of the game, lifting the Islanders to a 4-3 victory.

Providence Country Day defeated Prout 3-1 in Division III Boys Soccer. Mason Demers and Gabriel Johnson scored two goals each, with Johnson also providing an assist. Ian McCarthy made eight saves as Providence Country Day (2-4-1) bounced back from a previous loss to Johnston with a win. Finn Paolino scored for Prout, who had been held scoreless in four consecutive matches.

Other Boys Soccer scores included Juanita/St. Pat Co-op vs. Blackstone Valley Prep (2-2), North Providence vs. Central (3-3), and Coventry vs. Hope (6-1).

In Girls Soccer, North Smithfield defeated Lincoln School 2-1. Brynn Santos scored twice for North Smithfield, with Allison Hebert and Maya Green providing assists. North Smithfield improved to 6-1-2, while Lincoln School's record stands at 0-6-0.

Providence Country Day dominated Central 7-0 in Division III Girls Soccer. Dorothy Karl scored three goals, Molly Perrotta and Maddie Ford each added two goals and an assist. Iris Morkunas contributed three assists. Emma Jarvis and Saanvi Patel scored for Central, which has a record of 1-6-0.

Other Girls Soccer scores included Smithfield vs. Coventry (1-0), Blackstone Valley Prep vs. Times (11-2), South Kingstown vs. East Greenwich (4-0), Lincoln vs. Moses Brown (6-0), and Bishop Feehan vs. Mt. Hope (7-0).

In Field Hockey, East Greenwich defeated North Kingstown 4-1. Ava Halvorsen scored twice in the third quarter, and Lilian Grant set up Dakota Godek for the opener. North Kingstown (3-5-0) avoided a shutout with a goal from Claire Talancy late in the game.

Lincoln faced Cumberland in a 1-1 draw in Division II Field Hockey. Payton Jolicoeur scored the equalizer for Cumberland with 39 seconds left in regulation. Madeline Damaris gave Lincoln the lead, and Carly Frazier assisted. Both teams now have a record of 5-2-1.

Other Field Hockey scores included Tiv/BV Co-op vs. Chariho/Prout Co-op (1-0), Smithfield vs. Pilgrim (1-0), and Moses Brown vs. La Salle (8-0).

Girls Tennis saw La Salle triumph over Barrington 6-1 in Division I. Singles matches included Caroline Trask's victory over Charlotte Hunter (6-0, 6-1), Sloane Ferrara's win against Carla Chen (6-4, 3-6, 6-4), Holly Speranza's 6-1, 6-0 win against Mira Scheiner, and Anna Lamoriello's 6-1, 6-2 win against Anastasia Mycue. Doubles matches were won by Ella Kozlik and Akianna Pove, Addie Colomb and Abigail O'Brien, and Violet Richardson and Amal Aljallad.

Coventry beat Exeter-West Greenwich 2-5 in Division III Girls Tennis. Singles matches were won by Gia Lovell (6-2, 6-3) and Ella Navakauskas (6-2, 6-0), while Peyton Stackrow defeated Alexa Barrett (7-6, 7-4, 7-5) and Hailey Donehower defeated Hayden Bowen (6-4, 6-4). Doubles matches were won by Sydney DiSaia and Shaelyn Barnett, and Addie Colomb and Abigail O'Brien. Woonsocket defeated Scituate 7-0 in Division III Girls Tennis, with Arna Douang and Lyla Douang each winning their singles matches.
