Schroder Asia Total Return names two non-executive directors

Schroder Asia Total Return Investment Company plc has appointed June Ang and Edward Troughton as independent non-executive directors, effective immediately, according to a press release. Ang, with over 30 years of experience in financial markets, particularly in Asian and emerging markets, has held significant roles at major banks and asset management firms.

Troughton, boasting more than 35 years of investment management experience, has led teams in prominent companies and also served as Chairman of the Salvesen Mindroom Centre. Both directors will now serve on the Company's Audit and Risk, Management Engagement and Nomination Committees. Schroder's Chairman, Sarah MacAulay, expressed enthusiasm for their contributions as the firm aims to deliver long-term value for shareholders post-merger with Pacific Assets Trust plc.
