"In Savanna, we face a high illiteracy among women. So, I think when you give them cloths and hundred cedis to influence their vote, they might not refuse because they really need those things. So, this is one of the fundamental reasons behind such occurrences. It revolves around our women's poverty and illiteracy, as well as the lack of employment opportunities."
