Playstudios implements 1-for-10 reverse stock split

PLAYSTUDIOS, Inc. (NASDAQ:MYPS) announced it will reduce its Class A and Class B common stock by a 1-for-10 reverse stock split starting September 30, 2026. The new shares will trade on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the same MYPS ticker symbol. For every ten pre-split shares, shareholders will receive one adjusted share. The split won't affect the stock's par value or total authorized shares.

Stockholders will get cash for any fractional shares based on the September 30 closing price, adjusted for the split. The reverse split aims to help the company meet the Nasdaq's $1.00 minimum bid price requirement for continued listing. In Q3 2026, the company repurchased around 4.3 million shares of Class A stock for $3.0 million, averaging $0.71 per share.

Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company will handle the split process, and the Class A stock's new CUSIP number will be 72815G306.
