PAS tunggu penjelasan AGC berkait pembatalan lantikan 10 exco N Sembilan

PAS has urged the National Attorney General's Chambers (AGC) to release a statement clarifying the cancellation of the appointment of 10 exco members from Negeri Sembilan. Fadhli Shaari, PAS' Head of Public Relations, stated that the AGC should have issued a statement earlier, as they only released a statement about the validity of the state's declaration of the King's abdication.

The AGC also released statements regarding the validity of the State Government's loyalty oath (SUK) and legal advisors, both of which PAS deemed invalid. Fadhli, who is also a Member of Parliament for Pasir Mas, emphasized that the AGC's silence on the cancellation of the 10 exco appointments was concerning, as it could serve as a guide and reference for other states in the future.

PAS highlighted that the cancellation of the exco appointments could be a guide for other states in the future. On Saturday, the cancellation of the appointment of 10 exco members from Negeri Sembilan was reported by various news outlets, stating that the cancellation took effect on September 20, signed by Negeri Sembilan's Yang Di Pertuan Besar, Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir.

All 10 former exco members included seven Umno representatives (Palong, Faizal Ramli, Zaiful Bahri Idrise, Razi Ali, Asna Amin, Siti Nur Umaira Hasim, and Suhaimizan Bizar) and three from MCA, PAS, and Wawasan. The concerned exco members previously released a statement supporting the King's abdication, which was later endorsed by Ismail.

However, this action was contested by the State Law and Order Council (DKU) and the AGC. On September 20, the Negeri Sembilan Palace announced that Tuanku Muhriz had revoked the appointment of the exco members concerned, respectively.
