Krachi West Assembly best BECE candidates with SHS starter packs

The Krachi West Assembly in Ghana's Oti Region has provided Senior High School (SHS) starter packs to outstanding Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) candidates to aid their transition into secondary education. The packs included modern chop boxes, suitcase bags, pillows, and mattresses. This initiative aims to alleviate the financial burden on parents and ensure students focus on their studies during the admission process.

Assembly Chair Prosper Addo explained that the support was meant to ease the burden on families, who often face multiple school requirements in a short span. Despite this year's BECE challenges, Krachi West candidates performed well. The Assembly's support sets them apart in the region, and the MCE urged the beneficiaries to utilize the aid, study diligently, and make their district proud.

The Municipal Education Director, Samuel Yao Dovulo, commended the Assembly for their ongoing efforts to improve education. Beneficiaries, who gained admission to schools like St. Monica’s Senior High School, expressed gratitude and promised to excel in their new academic environments.
