Jaga Café brews coffee and community amidst greenery

Jaga Café, situated within the lush Perdana Botanical Gardens in Kuala Lumpur, offers visitors a refreshing getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Co-founders Brandon Lee and Daniel Woodroof, both renowned marketing executives, have transformed the unused Teratai Kiosk into a vibrant community space. The café opened its doors in June, inviting guests to partake in a variety of activities, such as yoga, birdwatching, runs, and talks about tropical architecture.

Jaga Café’s menu features light bites, gourmet beverages, and scrumptious pastries, all crafted from sustainable and eco-friendly materials. The bar counter is made of recycled plastic, and the coffee cups are made from repurposed coffee husks. The café's commitment to sustainability and fostering community ties has resonated with patrons, who appreciate the serene ambiance and the opportunity to connect with nature and fellow visitors.
