Here are the top 10 things to do at Comic Con Africa this weekend

Comic Con Africa is set to take place over the Heritage Day long weekend at the National Exhibition Centre in Johannesburg. Thousands of pop culture and gaming fans are expected to attend, with the festival kicking off on Thursday and concluding on Sunday. Tickets for Saturday's event have sold out.

The four-day experience includes cosplay, international celebrities, autograph and photo opportunities, gaming, tech, and more. This year's spotlight is on Christopher Judge, an acclaimed actor and voice artist known for his role as Kratos in the God of War video game series. Judge's portrayal of Kratos earned him recognition at The Game Awards 2022 and the BAFTA Games Awards 2023.

Other notable celebrities attending the con include Richard T. Jones, known for his roles in Judging Amy, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, and Hawaii Five-O, as well as Alison Sealy-Smith, a voice actress best known as Storm in X-Men: The Animated Series and X-Men '97.
