In the Tarkwa-Nsuaem Municipality's Brahabobom community, the Gold Fields Ghana Foundation, in collaboration with the Tarkwa-Nsuaem Municipal Assembly, has launched a Small-Town Water Supply System (STWSS) valued at GH¢616,858.39. This project, completed on September 16, 2026, will provide 40,000 litres of safe, clean water for households and residents, reducing the burden of daily water fetching.
The system includes a 40,000-litre overhead tank, two mechanised boreholes and four standpipes.
