Norwegian and SAS are offering incredibly affordable round-trip flights between Oslo and Bergen for under 600 kroner, according to Aftenposten. SAS is just as competitive, offering tickets for less than 800 kroner for the same route, the newspaper reports. Winair analysts describe these prices as "extremely cheap," and attribute the low fares to continuous market adjustments based on demand and availability.

Norwegian spokesperson Catharina Solli told the paper that the pricing is legitimate and reflects real market conditions. SAS communications director Øystein Schmidt emphasized that these prices are simply part of normal market fluctuations, not the result of any special campaign. The low fares appear to be available on weekdays and many holidays, with examples including a December mid-week flight from Trondheim to Oslo for around 600 kroner round-trip.
