Devtraco Plus Unveils Lotus apartment, a new landmark in Airport Residential Area

Devtraco Plus, the upscale development arm of the Devtraco Group, has unveiled Lotus, a new residential project in Accra’s Airport Residential Area. The unveiling took place at the Devtraco Group headquarters, attended by homeowners, investors, business leaders, strategic partners, and other stakeholders. Nestled off Patrice Lumumba Street, Lotus features two 12-storey towers linked by a walkway and is marketed as a premium residential development that combines contemporary living, wellness-focused amenities, smart-home technology, and property management services.

During the launch, Devtraco Plus Head of Sales Ewurabena Braye highlighted the luxurious facilities that will be offered at Lotus. She emphasized that the company anticipates these apartments attracting buyers looking for high-end accommodations. Braye also pointed out the strategic location of the development, stating that it is approximately two minutes from Kotoka International Airport and situated near embassies, international schools, business centers, hospitality facilities, and other amenities in the Airport Residential area.

The development boasts a variety of amenities designed to enhance residents' comfort and lifestyle. These include a Zen garden, swimming pool, spa and wellness center, gymnasium, rooftop lounge, and a rooftop multipurpose sports area. Additionally, Lotus incorporates smart-home technology, concierge services, secure access, car services, and on-site property management.

The Devtraco Plus Sales Manager, Billy Tamatey, mentioned that the development has the potential to cater to tourists, business travelers, and other visitors to Accra. He also pointed out that property investors can take advantage of this opportunity.

According to Devtraco Plus Development Director Sydney Quaye, the name Lotus encapsulates the thoughtful planning that went into the development. Quaye explained that the project was meticulously planned to achieve the ideal balance between its size, design, functionality, and pricing. He stressed that the development was specifically designed to provide residents with a premium living experience while remaining competitively positioned in the market.

The launch of Lotus is part of Devtraco Group's 30-year history in Ghana's real estate industry. The company's CEO, Francis Okoh, noted that Lotus marks a significant milestone for the organization and reflects its evolving approach to premium residential development. Okoh emphasized that the company approached the project with a focus on location, architecture, amenities, and overall ownership experience.
