CDW completes acquisition of data and AI firm Lovelytics

CDW Corporation, a technology solutions provider, has finalized its acquisition of Lovelytics, a data and artificial intelligence services firm. Lovelytics, a member of the Databricks Brickbuilder Partner Network, employs over 600 professionals across the United States, Canada, Argentina, and Colombia, specializing in data and AI services for industries such as energy, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, financial services, and media.

The acquisition bolsters CDW's Services & Solutions portfolio and bolsters its Data & Analytics Practice. Lovelytics' expertise in data strategy, architecture, and implementation alongside Databricks technology will enable CDW customers to access these capabilities through a single partner, streamlining the technology lifecycle.
