FEVM has unveiled a compact desktop system, the FA80G, that pairs the powerful Ryzen 9 9950X3D processor with a 24GB RTX 5090 Laptop GPU. The FA80G chassis, built around AMD's AM5 desktop platform, houses the high-performance components, providing serious gaming capabilities. The Ryzen 9 9950X3D boasts 16 cores, reaches 5.7GHz, and contains 144MB of cache through AMD's 3D V Cache technology.

Meanwhile, the RTX 5090 Laptop GPU features 10,496 CUDA cores, 24GB GDDR7 memory, and 896GB/s memory bandwidth, supporting hardware ray tracing, DLSS 4, and Multi Frame Generation. This mini PC supports up to 128GB of DDR5 memory, two M.2 2280 connectors for drives up to 4TB, and offers multiple connectivity options, including HDMI 2.0, HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 2.0, USB-C, USB-A, an SD reader, and dual 2.5GbE.

The FA80G's thermal design assigns four heat pipes to each component, keeping full load noise at 42dB with CPU temperatures below 85°C and GPU temperatures below 80°C. When compared to Apple's top M5 Ultra Mac Studio, the FEVM's FA80G takes a more conventional high-end PC approach to gaming hardware, directly supporting the Windows PC gaming environment and DLSS 4, ray reconstruction, frame generation, and Multi Frame Generation.

While the Mac Studio offers substantial graphics and compute resources for professional workloads, the FA80G better suits the gaming needs of Windows users. Priced at ¥22,299 (approximately $3,300), the FA80G offers an unusually aggressive, aggressive configuration for a 2.6-liter system.
