Wayne Rooney reveals why he had nose job, denies weight-loss jabs

Wayne Rooney has addressed rumors about his recent slim appearance, denying claims that he used weight-loss injections. The 40-year-old former England captain revealed to the Daily Mail that his wife, Coleen, pushed him to get surgery on his nose. Rooney, speaking ahead of the release of their Disney+ series, The Real Rooneys, dismissed the speculation about weight-loss medication, stating, "It’s a shame, because I’m working really hard to lose weight."

He also explained that his nose surgery was not solely for cosmetic purposes. Rooney had previously broken his nose twice during his football career, and underwent the procedure after developing difficulty breathing through one side. Coleen revealed that she encouraged the surgery due to his snoring.
