The New Logitech Yeti 2 Has A Voice Proximity Sensor And An LED Screen

Logitech showcased a range of products under its Logitech G branding at the G Play 2026 event, including the Yeti 2 USB microphone. The Yeti 2 is a successor to the original Blue Yeti, retaining its signature capsule design. However, it boasts several modern features, such as a built-in LED screen with a yeti mascot that assists with the microphone's functions.

The microphone's main feature is a voice proximity sensor that tracks the user's voice in three dimensions, automatically adjusting gain, EQ, and pick-up pattern to maintain recording quality despite movement or position changes. An AI-powered de-noiser eliminates unwanted background noise, such as keystrokes and mouse clicks. The Yeti 2 also comes with an updated three-capsule array, 24-bit/48kHz recording, a headphone jack for monitoring, a capacitive mute button, and a physical control dial for further customization through Logitech G HUB software.

Additionally, the G502 X Plus gaming mouse received a design update and a sensor upgrade, boosting its resolution to 44,000 DPI. It features hybrid optical/mechanical switches, 13 programmable controls, a dual-mode scroll wheel, an adjustable DPI-shift button, LIGHTSPEED Wireless connectivity, and customisable RGB lighting. The G316 X wired gaming keyboard also made an appearance at the event, with a new 75% edition called the G316 X 75.

This model features a gasket design with sound-dampening properties, similar to its 98% model announced earlier in the year.
