Terra Madre Salone del Gusto, oltre mille eventi all’insegna della biodiversità

The Terra Madre Salone del Gusto will take place from September 24th to 27th in Turin, Italy, marking its 16th edition and the 30th anniversary of the Salone del Gusto. The event, organized with Città di Torino and Regione Piemonte, will feature over 1,000 events, all centered around the theme of biodiversity. The highlight of the event will be the Mercato di Terra Madre, where hundreds of exhibitors from across Italy and around the world will showcase their products.

Key features of the event include 200 conferences on topics ranging from food and sustainability to agriculture, social justice, and food policies. Additionally, there will be 60 "Appuntamenti a Tavola" (table meetings), 65 "Laboratori del Gusto" (taste workshops), and 400 events in partnership with various organizations and institutions. The event will also see the participation of over 1,500 delegates from 120 countries, 400 professional buyers, and 500 volunteers.
