Tak wajar dipolitikkan, ketua penerangan Bersatu ulas PN digantung

Bersatu's Chief Spokesperson, Tun Faisal Ismail Aziz, has accused the Perikatan Nasional (PN) government of politically exploiting the party, prompting the formation of a petition to have PN's activities suspended by the Jabatan Pendaftaran Pertubuhan Malaysia (JPPM). Aziz alleged that the PN government has disregarded the fundamental principles that govern the party, breached the rights of PN members, and denied Bersatu's status as a component party within PN.

Additionally, he questioned the administrative practices of PN, questioning its adherence to its own statutes, inefficiency, and fairness. He also highlighted the lack of fairness and justice in PN's actions and the violation of collective decisions made through the Majlis Teringgi (MT). JPPM's suspension of all PN activities was deemed inappropriate as it restricted the opportunity for the legal process to proceed and does not allow all parties to respect the decisions of the ruling authorities and the courts.

The petition claims that the action taken against PN is malicious and politically motivated, but it is unclear who it is aimed at, so no assumptions will be made.
