Rapid KL to offer free shuttle buses for Bahrain GP at Sepang

Rapid KL and Sepang International Circuit have announced they will provide complimentary shuttle buses for the Formula 1 Bahrain Grand Prix, set to take place from October 2-4 at the SIC. Ninety-five buses will be used in the loop service, ensuring easy access for visitors coming from key areas to the event venue. The shuttle buses will depart from three main locations: the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Terminal 2 bus hub, the Mitsui KLIA bus hub, and De-Village, Persiaran Millenia 2, Bandar Baru Enstek.

They will run from 7 am to midnight each day, with intervals between 10 and 15 minutes. The service will be complemented by additional shuttle buses within the circuit to help attendees reach important sites. Rapid KL emphasized its dedication to supporting international-standard events and promoting the use of public transportation by providing these services.

Safety inspections will be conducted on all buses, and they will be monitored continuously throughout the event. Rapid KL staff will also be present at significant locations to assist visitors and manage passenger flow. Visitors are encouraged to plan their travel routes ahead of time, follow the instructions of Rapid KL personnel, and use the queue system when utilizing the shuttle bus service.
