Rapid KL to offer free shuttle buses for Bahrain GP at Sepang

Rapid KL and Sepang International Circuit have announced a free shuttle bus service for the Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix taking place at the circuit from October 2-4. The shuttle service, provided by Rapid Bus Sdn Bhd, will operate between 7 am and midnight each day, with buses traveling in loops to ensure easy access for visitors from major locations to the event venue.

The service will launch from three key points: Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 2, the Mitsui KLIA bus hub, and De-Village, Persiaran Millenia 2, Bandar Baru Enstek. The buses will run every 10 to 15 minutes throughout the event. To enhance visitor convenience, Rapid KL will offer shuttle buses within the circuit to help attendees move to key locations.

All buses will undergo safety inspections and monitoring during the service period, with Rapid KL personnel stationed at strategic points to assist visitors and manage crowd movements. Visitors are advised to plan their journeys ahead, follow staff instructions, and use the queue system when utilizing the shuttle services. This initiative marks the first time Formula 1 has relocated a race to another country after its cancellation, with Malaysia set to host the event under the name Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix.
