In other leadership moves, Naveed Irshad has been appointed regional CEO for Indonesia, the Philippines, and Africa, effective October 26. Irshad will also take enterprise-wide responsibility for Prudential's health and product businesses and join the group executive committee. With over three decades of experience in the insurance and financial services sectors across Asia and North America, Irshad has held senior roles at Manulife before joining Prudential. He will be based in Hong Kong and report to Prudential's CEO, Anil Wadhwani.
