Moi International Airport bags three awards at ACI Africa Awards

Moi International Airport in Mombasa has been recognized three times at the 2026 ACI Africa Passenger Facilitation & Readiness Excellence Awards. The accolades were awarded during the ACI Africa Conference Gala Dinner in Abuja, Nigeria. The airport competed in the category for facilities handling under two million passengers per year, winning in Governance, Stakeholders Integration, and Processes.

These distinctions recognize the airport's commitment to efficient passenger journeys through strong leadership, effective coordination among partners, and well-structured procedures. The awards, organized by Airports Council International Africa (ACI Africa), evaluate airports based on defined areas of passenger facilitation and readiness, grouped into passenger traffic bands.
