Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has not yet ruled out talks in Moscow, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov claimed on Sept. 24, in the context of Zelenskyy's remarks on the sidelines of the U.N. General Assembly, according to the Russian state propaganda agency TASS.
