In their opening match, Norway defeated Denmark 3-2 in Oslo, with Erling Haaland scoring twice. Norway's captain Martin Odegaard, who recently led his team to the World Cup quarter-finals, was instrumental in the victory. Haaland scored his 64th international goal in just 56 appearances, netting the winning goal. Norway will face Portugal in their second Group A4 fixture on Sunday.
