Designed by Concepts Design Studio, her spacious 4 BHK residence seamlessly blends earthy textures, traditional Indian accents, and vibrant colours. The two-story house showcases a harmonious fusion of wood, cane, brass, rattan, patterned tiles, and rich hues.

The living lounge, inspired by Indian elements and mid-century warmth, features two wooden couches with woven cane backs, upholstered in terracotta fabric. A round dark-wood centre table with a brass centerpiece anchors the space. Traditional Indian artworks and a patterned carpet complement the room's aesthetic. A large TV sits above a media console, flanked by traditional wooden carvings and framed artwork, all framed within decorative patterned sheer blinds.

The dining area opens to lush greenery, featuring a classic aesthetic with a dark-wood dining table surrounded by neutral grey and beige upholstered chairs. A six-seater table overlooks a verdant backdrop, with lattice-patterned blinds adding a decorative touch. A brass bowl filled with yellow flowers and a hanging brass bell near the staircase enhance the room's traditional charm.

Three spacious bedrooms showcase diverse design philosophies. The bohemian bedroom boasts distressed blue-and-white wooden flooring, crisp white bedding, a macrame dreamcatcher, and woven pendant lights. The contemporary bedroom features a grey concrete-textured wall, mint-green bedding, brass pendant lights, and intricate geometric floor tiles. The brick-and-floral bedroom combines rustic textures with softer elements, including an exposed red-brick border, white floral bedding, and a wall-mounted picture light.

Nimisha Sajayan's private Dolby theatre, a statement piece in her home, offers a luxurious entertainment space. The theatre, adorned with deep indigo and dark purple acoustic panelling, houses plush dark reclining seats.
