Nicola Lewis, a saleswoman from Essex, England, felt unfulfilled after having a baby despite being a stay-at-home mom. She decided to research at-home jobs and eventually launched an online travel business that she could run from anywhere. After overcoming fertility issues, she had her son, Harry, in 2019. For months before his birth, Lewis and her husband, Ross, discussed what to do next.

Initially, they decided to tighten their belts, live off Ross's wages, and downsize their home. But in February 2022, Lewis felt unfulfilled and lost her identity. She started researching career options and decided to become an independent travel agent, launching her business in February 2023. Now, she books luxury travel for herself and her family, specializing in honeymoons and bucket-list destinations.

Lewis hopes to inspire other women to build internet travel businesses and feels like she has found the perfect balance between being a stay-at-home mom and having a career.
