Human Qualities Matter Even In AI Age, Raghu Raman Tells Students In Indore

Indore, Madhya Pradesh: In an era dominated by Artificial Intelligence, the importance of human qualities remains steadfast, according to management expert and motivational speaker N Raghu Raman. At the induction program for new batches of BBA, MBA, Hospital Administration, and Hotel Management courses at Sri Aurobindo University, Raman emphasized the significance of developing humanity.

He introduced the concept of a 'humanity basket,' which includes qualities like goodness, simplicity, absence of anger and prejudice, and a clean soul. Raman urged students to concentrate on careers that could lead to advancements in economic, social, and ethical spheres, rather than viewing college as a time for leisure.

Vinod Bhandari, Founder Chairman of the Sri Aurobindo Group, echoed Raman's sentiments, reinforcing that success demands hard work and sincerity, warning against shortcuts. He also advised students to carefully select their peers and remain connected with mentors who guide them correctly. University Chancellor Manjushree Bhandari highlighted the university as a 'management laboratory,' where students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical application of management concepts.

Pro-Chancellor Mahak Bhandari and SAMS Managing Director shared similar sentiments, stressing the importance of honesty, hard work, and determination for a robust future.

To mark the occasion, a book titled 'Introduction to Hospital Administration,' authored by Umesh Mandloi and Registrar Anand Mishra, was launched. The event underscored the university's commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals equipped not only with academic knowledge but also with the human qualities necessary for success in diverse fields.
