According to Tochi, once a young woman is thrust into marriage and child-rearing prematurely, her aspirations are often sidelined. He explained that a woman with the potential to become a doctor, successful entrepreneur, or leader might find her entire life condensed into the role of "the wife of Chima Solar Enterprise." Tochi emphasized that marriage, while beneficial, should occur at the right time, urging young women to complete their education, acquire skills, and achieve independence before entering the marital realm.
