Heavy rains caused by Typhoon Dujuan, also known as Typhoon No. 25, have caused the levee around Inbanuma lake in northern Chiba Prefecture to collapse, resulting in widespread flooding. As of Thursday, water remains standing in homes, rice paddies, and roads across a wide area.
