Florida State's offensive keys vs Central Arkansas

Florida State is aiming to bounce back from two consecutive losses and regain winning form when they host Central Arkansas at Doak Campbell Stadium this Saturday. The contest kicks off at 3 p.m. ET on the ACC Network.

Following their impressive performance against the Alabama Crimson Tide last week, where they racked up nearly 500 yards and scored 36 points, Florida State faces a new challenge. Central Arkansas' defense allowed an average of over 150 rushing yards per game in their first two contests, although they improved in those later outings. This game presents a different scenario for the Seminoles.

Five offensive keys emerge for Florida State as they prepare for the game against Central Arkansas:

1. Let Ashton Daniels sling the football around: Daniels had a rough outing against Alabama, throwing three interceptions but also amassing 377 passing yards and two touchdowns. He has the ability to remain productive as a passer, especially when exploiting the deeper parts of the defense.

2. Focus on Duce Robinson and Micahi Danzy: Both have yet to make a significant impact in Florida State's initial two games. Robinson had 135 yards and a touchdown against Alabama while Danzy contributed 89 yards on three catches. Their roles should expand against a less formidable defense.

3. Get Jayvan Boggs more involved: Boggs recorded just two catches for 69 yards against Alabama. However, his 118 total yards for the year already surpass his freshman season's numbers despite injury-related limitations. If he continues to make plays, his confidence will likely soar.

4. Allow Ousmane Kromah to set the tone: Central Arkansas has struggled to contain the run, giving up an average of over 150 yards per game rushing in their first two contests. Kromah, targeting his third 100-yard game of the year, will be crucial in opening up the passing game.

5. Avoid turnovers: Central Arkansas has been effective defensively by creating turnovers, forcing eight this season with six coming in the form of interceptions. As such, Daniels must exercise caution and refrain from turning the ball over, as it could embolden the Bears' defense.
