Disha Salian Death Case: Advocate Nilesh Ojha Submits Pen Drive With Videos, Witness Accounts To CBI

On September 24, 2026, advocate Nilesh Ojha submitted a pen drive filled with critical evidence to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with the Disha Salian death case. The materials, which include videos, witness testimonies, and photographs, were provided by Satish Salian, Disha Salian's father. According to Ojha, the pen drive contains crucial information that supports his claims and demands prompt action from the CBI.

In his statement to ANI, Ojha revealed that the pen drive includes a video recording of an eyewitness who saw Aaditya Thackeray, Sooraj Pancholi, and Dino Morea involved in the alleged gang rape and murder of Disha Salian. Ojha further alleged that there were discrepancies in the witness accounts regarding the timing of the incident, police arrival, and Disha's clothing.

He also mentioned a person named Naved Mujawar, whose account claimed Disha fell from the building, and accused Mujawar of being associated with former Maharashtra minister and Congress leader Aslam Shaikh.

Ojha urged the CBI to begin investigations immediately and arrest the accused once the pen drive is examined. However, the significance of the submitted material in leading to arrests or other actions remains to be determined by the CBI and the courts based on the evidence uncovered during the investigation.

Satish Salian expressed confidence in the CBI investigation, expecting developments within seven to eight days. Meanwhile, Aaditya Thackeray and Sooraj Pancholi, both deniers of involvement in Disha Salian's death, have also called for a thorough investigation.
