Diginex forms group-level expertise unit, names Weber as VP

Diginex Limited, a sustainability technology company, has established a group-level Subject Matter Expertise Group to enhance its scientific, regulatory and methodological capabilities. This initiative, announced on August 31, 2026, comes after the appointment of Archana Kotecha as interim Chief Executive Officer. The new unit integrates the company's Diginex, Plan A, Matter and The Remedy Project offerings, focusing on three areas: Science & Intelligence, Products & Upgrades, and Advisory Services.

Johannes Weber has been appointed as VP of Sustainability Science and Intelligence. Weber's background includes roles in carbon accounting, advisory services, and government policy on green technology. Kotecha emphasized the importance of integrating expertise into product development and advisory services to improve client outcomes.
