CSMSS College Of Agriculture Organises Induction Programme For First-Year Students

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: Student life is the foundation of any successful career, as emphasized by Shrikant Yerule, Public Relations Officer at MGM University. To mark the entry of first-year students into the BSc programme at CSMSS College of Agriculture, an induction programme was organized at the Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj Auditorium. The event aimed to equip young minds with essential skills to transform their student days into a prosperous professional journey.

During the programme, Yerule delivered a lecture titled 'Student Life to Successful Professional'. He emphasized the importance of dreams, habits, time management, personality development, and leadership qualities in shaping the future of students. Yerule stressed the significance of setting high goals, cultivating good habits, managing time effectively, and building a strong personality to pave the way for future success.

He further highlighted the need for students to exercise caution while utilizing social media, particularly in the digital age, and encouraged them to replace screen time with a healthy habit of reading books.

Yerule urged the students to consider the broader purpose of their education, urging them to contribute to agriculture and society as responsible citizens. He asserted that while professional success is vital, true identity is forged through personal growth and well-being. Professors and faculty members, including Principal Dr M B Patil, Vice-Principal Prof A A Bhondve, and Head of the Department Dr P S Bainade, as well as students and organizers, attended the event, which was compered by Harish Wankhede and concluded with a vote of thanks by Kunal Maske.
