CM Yogi Adityanath Govt Organises Free Mock Interviews To Prepare UPPCS-2025 Main Qualifiers For Final Stage

Lucknow, September 24: The Yogi government has taken significant steps to aid candidates who have successfully cleared the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission’s (UPPCS) Main Examination for the upcoming interview stage of the UPPCS-2025. To assist these candidates, the Social Welfare Department organized a free mock interview programme at Bhagidari Bhavan in Gomti Nagar.

During the event, IAS and PCS officers from the Uttar Pradesh Academy of Administration and Management (UPAM) and subject matter experts led mock interviews for the candidates. These mock interviews evaluated the candidates' preparedness, testing their subject knowledge, response ability, self-confidence, and overall presentation.

Experts provided candidates with an authentic interview experience, familiarizing them with the intricate aspects of the actual interview process. They emphasized maintaining a balanced and clear perspective during question responses, retaining self-confidence, and effectively presenting their personalities. The objective of the mock interview was not only to assess the candidates' preparedness but also to make them aware of their current level of readiness.

Experts offered guidance on candidates' weaknesses and areas for improvement, providing them with an opportunity to enhance their skills before the actual interview. Deputy Director of the Social Welfare Department, Anand Kumar Singh, revealed that candidates from various training institutions and schemes were invited to participate in the free mock interview programme.

This included individuals trained at the Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj Research and Training Institute, Bhagidari Bhavan, Pre-Examination Training Centres, Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana, and UPPCS-2025 Main Examination qualifiers.
