ASSOCHAM Unveils TIPS Platform To Open New Trade Opportunities, Businesses Get A Tool To Find Export And Investment Leads

The Trade and Investment Promotion Services (TIPS) platform has been launched by ASSOCHAM to help businesses identify export and investment opportunities in both domestic and international markets. This service, introduced at the industry chamber’s Managing Committee meeting, consolidates market research, policy insights, and investment support under one roof.

TIPS provides sector-specific analysis, investment opportunities, and information on regulations, taxation, foreign direct investment (FDI) rules, trade agreements, and global market trends. For investors planning projects in India, TIPS offers guidance on government approvals and clearances via single-window systems.

The platform aims to assist companies from initial opportunity searches through location assessment, partner identification, and project implementation. Indian exporters can leverage TIPS to explore global markets and connect with potential business partners abroad.

ASSOCHAM has aligned TIPS with the government’s vision for Viksit Bharat @ 2047, focusing on Make in India, Ease of Doing Business, and Atmanirbhar Bharat initiatives. The platform aims to support India’s goal of achieving $2 trillion in combined annual merchandise and services exports by 2030, annual FDI inflows of $200 billion by 2032, and exports to BRICS countries amounting to $200 billion.

ASSOCHAM President Nirmal K. Minda emphasized that TIPS will integrate market intelligence with practical assistance, enabling businesses to discover opportunities, navigate procedures, and transform investment plans into projects and jobs. The success of TIPS hinges on its ability to provide reliable information and connect companies with appropriate partners.
