Agents.md speaks Unix, and you should too

These agents could recommend better tools, inspect configurations, propose changes, and handle failures.

The author's dotfiles are now managed using chezmoi and mise, and AGENTS.md serves as a format for project context and instructions, making it easier for agents to understand and modify the environment.
