"We are ready for dialogue, but not accepting the language of force," he declared, insisting on his right to a nuclear program. Argentine President Javier Milei took his recent efforts to place the Malvinas islands issue at the center of the discussion to the assembly, criticizing the UN and advocating for unrestricted development of artificial intelligence.

Meanwhile, Russian and US diplomatic chiefs met near the summit, with Spanish President Pedro Sánchez meeting with New York City's mayor, both touting their progressive policies.
