Sarawak's Education, Innovation and Talent Development Minister, Dato Sri Roland Sagah Wee Inn, emphasized that traditional career paths are no longer sufficient for the region's growing need for highly skilled workers. At a recent 'Sistem Pesanan Kerjaya' (SPEAK): Talent Bridge 2030 Kuching Series event, Sagah highlighted the importance of school counsellors keeping their career guidance updated to inform students about emerging industries and required skills.
