The Weeknd in Jakarta: A Brief Guide to Access JIS for Fans

Canadian pop sensation The Weeknd will perform in Jakarta, Indonesia, on September 26-27, 2026, at the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS). The concerts are part of his "After Hours Til Dawn" stadium tour. Shinta Syamsul Arief, Head of SBU Jakarta International Stadium, assured fans that the stadium will be well-prepared to ensure a smooth, safe, and comfortable experience for attendees.

Several transportation options are available for concertgoers to reach the stadium. Fans can take the Commuter Line to JIS Station, but be aware that the pedestrian bridge between the station and the stadium will be closed during the event. Shuttle buses will be provided to connect the station and the venue, with officers available to direct attendees. Ride-hailing services are also an option.

Private vehicle owners can park in the Ancol area and use shuttle buses to reach JPO Bersama BTN, which will take them to JIS. Entry for private vehicle attendees will cost Rp35,000, paid upon arrival with their wristband or ticket proof. The per-person entry fee has been eliminated, and attendees will now only need to show their concert ticket to gain access.

TransJakarta bus service is another option for fans, with access through the stadium's West Gate. Festival ticket holders should enter through the South Gate, while other attendees should follow staff guidance to their respective gates. The Weeknd's Jakarta concerts will serve as a precursor to his Singapore shows in early October, with his final Asian concert slated for November in Kuala Lumpur's TM Stadium National.
