Oppo Launches Watch S2 With Up to |10 Days of Battery| and |Advanced Health Features|

Oppo unveiled the Watch S2 alongside its new Find X10 smartphones. The smartphone maker also introduced a Titanium Moon color for the existing Watch X3. Design and Display The Watch S2 sports a 1.46-inch AMOLED screen and a stainless steel casing. It is 8.9mm thick without the rear sensor bump and weighs 34.5 grams. It comes in Dynamic Orange, Mist Pink, and Mountain Shadow Gray.

The band features a thinner and more breathable segmented fluoroelastomer strap. Display and Fitness Tracking The display offers 600 nits regular brightness, expanding to 3,000 nits in outdoor sports mode. The watch introduces a FatMax feature that sets a personalized fat-burning heart-rate target based on the user's height, weight, resting heart rate, and VO2 max.

Users receive real-time guidance during workouts to maintain that target. It tracks over 100 sports and uses dual-frequency GPS for outdoor navigation. It features an improved sensor system with an 8-channel optical heart-rate sensor, 16-channel blood-oxygen monitor, ECG electrode, and temperature sensor. A 60-second health assessment captures 13 health metrics simultaneously.

Other features include sleep tracking, sleep apnea detection, and continuous SpO2 monitoring. Software and Connectivity The Oppo Watch S2 runs ColorOS Watch 17. It offers Fluid Cloud for live updates like transit and food delivery. The watch can link to two phones simultaneously and receive notifications from both. It also supports NFC for transit cards and gesture controls.

Battery and Durability Oppo states up to seven days of battery under regular use. Battery saver mode extends this to 10 days, while the always-on display reduces it to about four days. The watch has a 5ATM water resistance rating with IP69 and IP69K dust and water protection. Price and Availability The Watch S2 starts at $238. The Titanium Moon Watch X3 version costs $418. Both will be available in China from September 24.
