Ministry hosts annual awareness forum with 61 government entities

The Ministry of Justice, through its Department of Case Studies and Analysis, recently hosted its second annual awareness forum for government entities. This year's event, scheduled for 2026, brought together representatives from 61 government bodies to familiarize partners with the ministry's services and strengthen institutional collaboration.

The forum featured presentations aimed at providing legal insights drawn from court rulings and cases. Attendees also discussed legal challenges facing government entities, with the goal of improving institutional legal efficiency and reducing the occurrence of recurring disputes.

Aldana al-Nuaimi, assistant director of the Department of Case Studies and Analysis, emphasized the department's commitment to transforming judicial experience into knowledge, which in turn can be used to prevent future issues and apply learned lessons practically. She stressed that government legal work cannot be effective if entities operate independently of one another.

Al-Nuaimi highlighted that government entities play a crucial role in the partnership the department aims to build. The department is eager to explore proactive legal solutions and is prepared to receive requests for legal opinions on administrative grievances, serving as an additional channel for inter-governmental collaboration.
