Man City fight back to snatch 'precious draw' at Bayern Munich

Bayern Munich are considered major contenders to sign Nottingham Forest captain Morgan Gibbs-White, according to reports from Alex Crook. The German club is reportedly leading the race for the Englishman's signature as Forest prepare for potential interest in the player. Gibbs-White, who is 26 years old, has scored one goal and provided two assists in five Premier League games this season despite not being at his best.

He has been a key player for Forest, contributing 37 goals and 37 assists in 176 appearances since joining in 2022. Prior to Forest, Gibbs-White had a successful career at Wolverhampton Wanderers, and he might consider his time with the Tricky Trees at the end of the season if Bayern Munich make a move for him. Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis may resist the offer, but Bayern's financial resources and determination could secure the deal.

Bayern has shown interest in the English market in recent years, purchasing Harry Kane, Michael Olise, and Luis Diaz from Premier League clubs. Gibbs-White could be an attractive addition to their front line alongside Ismael Saibari, Luis Diaz, Olise, Kane, Jamal Musiala, Serge Gnabry, and Lennart Karl.
