Malkajgiri police seize 730 kg suspected adulterated ginger-garlic paste, 500 kg paneer in food safety raids

Malkajgiri police conducted food safety raids in Hayathnagar, Alwal and Dundigal, seizing significant quantities of adulterated ginger-garlic paste and paneer. On Tuesday, the M-FAST team, along with other police units, apprehended Akula Shivaiah in Hayathnagar and seized 13 drums of 650 kg ginger-garlic paste, along with various other ingredients.

In another raid at Alwal, police seized 500 kg of loose paneer and a considerable amount of skimmed milk powder. Both operations were carried out to ensure compliance with food safety standards and quality control. The seized materials will be used in further legal proceedings against the respondents.
