Lake Life Powersports buzzes into expeditious expansion

Craig Becker and Glen Hart, lifelong friends and owners of Lake Life Powersports in Lac du Bonnet, have seen explosive growth since opening their all-in-one powersports and marine dealership in February 2024. Demand for their services far exceeded initial forecasts, leading the pair to expedite the construction of a new 21,000-square-foot building that houses their main showroom and offices.

The 10-acre property also features a 16,000-square-foot parts and service building, two cold storage buildings, and a dedicated space for boat, snowmobile, and trailer storage. Since its grand opening this month, Lake Life has sold 739 units in 2025 and is projected to exceed that number in 2026. The dealership, which is BRP's (Bombardier Recreational Products Inc.) first dealer in the area, offers a variety of watercraft, ATVs, snowmobiles, and boats from top brands such as Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Lynx, and Crestliner.

Becker and Hart credit their dedicated staff and passionate customers for the company's success, with Becker noting that their employees' care for the products has translated into strong sales and long-term customer relationships.
