Kremlin Voices Openness to Trump Meeting, Pours Cold Water on Zelensky Meeting
Putin’s spokesperson claimed Putin is open to meeting Trump, a day after the latter also claimed Putin is open to meeting. But on the subject of meeting with Zelensky – which is the basis for a US-proposed trilateral meeting – the Kremlin maintains its demand that Zelensky should come to Moscow, effectively dampening any progress hailed by the US envoys after their Kyiv and Moscow visits.
