KPOT selects Deliverect to manage third-party orders

Restaurant chain KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot has collaborated with Deliverect to streamline third-party delivery orders and menu administration at its numerous locations. Deliverect's platform will be installed at over 140 sites to create a single digital interface connecting external delivery services directly to each restaurant's point-of-sale system.

Centralized menu oversight across all channels and branches will enable automatic updates to menus, prices, and stock availability from one control point. This eliminates the need for manual updates across individual channels or stores. KPOT's senior vice-president and partner, Victor Chow, emphasized the importance of delivering a seamless ordering experience, whether customers dine in or order online.

He stated that partnering with Deliverect provides the necessary operational stability and central control for managing third-party orders effortlessly. KPOT has grown from a single site in 2018 to over 140 franchised outlets across the US. Deliverect's vice-president, Noah Hayes, praised KPOT as one of the most impressive growth stories in the restaurant industry, highlighting the critical importance of standardizing third-party ordering across the extensive network for maintaining consistency at scale.
