Final preparations were underway at Medinah Country Club on the eve of the Presidents Cup, with players engaging in a final practice day and fans beginning to scout the venue. Organizers anticipate roughly 35,000 attendees each day, emphasizing the need to manage large crowds while providing ample amenities. Transportation options are plentiful, featuring Metra service, designated parking lots with shuttle access, and nearby residential parking, some of which have been converted into temporary parking spaces by nearby residents.

Fan Greg Tatsukawa expressed the common sentiment of finding parking near the course. Along Broker Road, a fee-based parking area was available, benefiting nearby homeowners. Once inside the grounds, fans can peruse a massive merchandise shop offering 40,000 square feet of Presidents Cup products. FedEx also provides shipping services for purchased items, catering to spectators who wish to avoid carrying goods around the expansive course.

Tournament Executive Director Joie Chitwood emphasized the flexibility of the venue, allowing fans to freely move between areas, such as visiting the merchandise tent or finding a preferred spot to watch the golf action. The logistical challenge of hosting President Donald Trump during the tournament remains, with Chitwood expressing trust in federal officials to manage the situation, ensuring a smooth experience for both the President and the fans.

Opening ceremonies are set to commence around 11 a.m. on the first tee, marking the official start of the tournament festivities.
