New Delhi, September 23 -- Pharmaceutical company Claroid Pharmaceuticals has submitted draft prospectus documents to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) for an initial public offering (IPO). The company plans to raise up to ₹1,689 crore through the sale of 74.5 lakh equity shares and an offer for sale of 51.5 lakh shares, totaling 1.26 crore shares.
The funds will be utilized to finance the construction of a new manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad at the company's existing land. The proposed plant will produce injectables, ampoules, vials, dry powder, pre-filled syringes, and eye-drop products, with an estimated cost of ₹167.97 crore and a monthly production capacity of 15 lakh units.
